on 16th December 2024, Ann Parkes, leader of Berkswich Mothers’ Union and Madeleine Dudek, committee member, visited Staffordshire Women’s Aid to donate £50 worth of food from MU funds raised.

A further £100 of food was donated to Stafford House of Bread and Stafford Community Food Bank, each receiving £50 worth of food.

£430 has been sent to Summer of Hope Appeal, a scheme to help less fortunate families at home and abroad. In December 2024, £150 was sent to Mary Sumner House for the Big Give Christmas appeal which meant that the donation was matched to a total of £300 by Big Give. All-in-all, a successful year has been achieved and grateful thanks to all for their generous buying and giving!
